Fabian H. Klopfer
Systems Engineer & Neuroscientist
About
Two master’s degrees in computer science and neuroscience. Built a graph database storage engine from scratch in C, ran computational pipelines for deep brain stimulation surgery at University Hospital Tuebingen and high field MRI at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics, and contributed to open source projects including scikit-learn, SHAP, and MONAI. Currently building distributed datalake systems at IBM. Interested in systems that handle complexity without cutting corners.
